What sentance should I expect for Fraud by false representation?

I fictionalised refunds at work up to the sum of 拢1000, pocketing the money. My employment was terminated and now they are pressing charges. I have been arrested on suspicion and pleaded not guilty but It seems as though they have the evidence. I was released on bail and I am soon required to appear at the police station. I am going to plead guilty and was wondering what are the most likely outcomes considering this is my first offence? What sentance should I expect for Fraud by false representation?
No one can really predict what a court will do on here(yahoo answers), all i can tell you is the maximum penatlies they can apply

If the hearing is being heard in a magistrates court then the maximum penalty is Twelve months imprisonment and/or fine not exceeding the statutory maximum.

If its going to crown court then: Ten years imprisonment and/or fine. What sentance should I expect for Fraud by false representation?
it depends what country you are in really

in the uk you would most likely receive a warning and a fine, a work record that will say you stole from a company and most likely a community service notice or a suspended jail sentence. (means you have to be good for a few years then they review it)

in the uk im pretty sure you wouldnt go to prison but you will find it hard to get another job on these grounds.work with your lawyer he will tell you the best way to plead guilty (showing remorse) this would help your chances of a shorter sentence on whatever grounds, throw in the credit crunch crap and u will get off almost scott free
Having a small amount of experience, and a first and last crime under my belt, work with your solicitor, hold nothing back, tell all the truth and be remorseful. and as you say its a first offence , get some personal referencees that show you of good character... all helps.

Good luck...
this will also be classed as theft from employee which is a very serious crime due to trust issues. i believe a custodial sentence will be given but if you are lucky the custodial sentence may be suspended and probation given in the mean time. good luck xxx
Proceeds of Crime - would have to pay the court anything you cannot account for as legitimate income
